New Stuff at Japan Focus

Michael, do you have any comments on the Rebar scandal and Su Tseng Chang's decision to "not consider lifting the 40% investment cap for now"?

'kin right I do! But I had finals all this week, and all the errands and stuff I put off until Friday are going to get done tomorrow....so not until Saturday will regularly scheduled blogging resume.
