The world-famous Euromoney magazine has ranked China Airlines the top company on "Corporate Governance¨ among all Taiwanese companies, according to its 2005 poll result and published in its October issue.

I believe 'corporate governance' doesn't measure a companies ability to keep planes in the air...
There are many good companies in taiwan, TSMC, Acer, and all those in Hsnichu.
EVA is also better, if they really want to focus in that industry.
Yes, that's what I would have said too. Eva has it all over China Airlines....
