Sorry about the lack of posting. A serious family crisis erupted this week. Fortunately it has resolved itself quite favorably for all involved, leaving me much relieved.In the meantime I've posted an article from Defense News by Asian military affairs writer Wendell Minnick on the arms purchase and Taiwan-US relations. Minnick has come to many of the same conclusions I came to a year ago about the behavior and goals of the pro-China parties. Kudos!
