The main page is all in Chinese, but if you click on the fifth entry in the sidebar, "Window on Taiwan" (NEW!), there are many articles that have been translated.
Oh man, this is the sort of stuff I've been looking for. Thanks for the link. I'm going to call these people and see if I am allowed to reprint some of this stuff.
