Beijing has to be thinking that if the Russians are getting away with annexing a neighbor, then why not go have a stab at long-time enemy Vietnam? Who is going to do anything about it?

If this finally turns out to be true, the guy has to step down. No if, ands or buts. Its over for this lying, sellout traitor.
AIT stepped up and said his green card expired. Not that they'd have any reason to cover for him of course...
