What do you make of the Chinese-Taiwanese cooperation on the big scammer arrest? It's good to see those guys get put out of business, but is there enough oversight in the Taiwanese system to ensure that a relationship with Chinese security services doesn't lead to "hey, go spy on this dissident for us while he's in Taiwan" kind of thing. Hopefully they made it really clear what kinds of things they would be cooperating on and what kinds of things are off the table -- right? Does anyone know what the agreement is?
