Qualification and experience
*Education
**Earned Master or doctorate in English Education or related field
*Experience
** University/College level ESL/EFL teaching experience
** Experience in ESL/EFL teaching students English
** Excellent oral and written communication skills
** Ability to work collaboratively in university setting
* Preferred
** Experience in planning English learning activities (Preferred)
** Native speaker of English (Preferred)
*Job description and responsibility
Duties include, but are not limited to planning, developing and delivering lesson plans, teaching courses for undergraduate level courses (ps. graduate level for assistant professor), managing classroom activities, proving students with guidance to accessing resources, supporting the course objectives, serving on department, Language Center, college, university committees, and administration position.

1. CV
2. A photocopy of the APRC (Alien Permanent Resident Certificate) /JFRV (Joint Family Resident Visa)
3. A photocopy of degree diploma and transcript
Ps. The foreign diploma and transcript must be verified by the ROC (Taiwan) oversea embassy representative center.
4. Teaching Syllabi for English conversation and English writing you have taught or propose to teach.
5. A brief abstract of the master’s thesis or PhD dissertation
6. Two reference letters
7. Any extra documents for reference (e.g. students’ class evaluations)

Looks like Taiwanese can only expect Applied English in their universities, and have to go to USA for English Literature degrees.

Kimmen, Taiwan, uh?
How weird! That being uniquely the area where the ROC can raise its flag.

Kinmen is the Chinese affair that Taiwan is not.

Someone said Kinmen is belong to mainland China, but the truth is Chinese tourists planning to stay in Kinmen are required to apply documents and if they linger more than 15 day will be forced to sent back China. Taiwan army is stationed in Kinmen since. The reason why Kinmen seems to belong to China is its address doesn't change even though the government had changed. (1949, Chiang Kai-shek authority, R.O.C. retreat to Taiwan, )
