Taiwan claims they are their traditional fishing grounds.
How long have they been fishing there?
At one time US military was using them for target practice. Were they
fishing there then?
Did they start fishing after US returned Okinawa?
"We don't want the islands we just want to fish". Who do they think will believe that?
