I received a phone call the other day from a .gov worker asking me to do a English language in Taiwan survey. (they must have gone through phone records looking for westerners) It was a lengthy and in depth questionnaire. I didn't mind giving them my time and opinion.
For the most part, other than road signs that are spelled different for the same street as well as the total failure of the English e-web thing, I think the English signage is improving.
This is a contest for Taiwanese people who own businesses here, not expats, so when you write YOU CAN WIN....only ROCers can win. This is to encourage local restaurants and gifts shops to offer proper signage in their windows and adverts. Read the fine print sir
