RE: Nano-tech patents. The article gives virtually zero information on who's inventing them, but I can tell you that Hon Hai is probably leading the pack because I used to work in their patenting department. However, though Hon Hai was the rights holder, a lot of the inventions we were patenting weren't developed in Taiwan but elsewhere, so I'm kind of sceptical that this is really that great an achievement for Taiwan.
