Oldtimers among you may remember that until Jan. 2004 we published Taiwan Communique, a publication established in 1980, dedicated to human rights and democracy in Taiwan.

We are pleased to announce that we are starting the Communique up again, it is now published under the auspices of the Washington-DC based organization FAPA, Formosan Association for Public Affairs, and focuses on political developments in Taiwan, its safety and security, and Taiwan's international position.
