It's just that "moderate" has come to mean something else in the context of cross-strait relations. <BR/><BR/>What will happen is that after Hsieh is elected, there will be a short honeymoon. Then within a year Beijing will start bitching about what a hardliner Hsieh is.<BR/><BR/>As for the US side, Chen switched to being a radical after our involvement in Iraq.
