The thing that irks ...I know. Prime example #1: Ma

The thing that irks me is the way the bluetards will always be first ones to wave their ugly flag around proclaiming "proud to be Taiwanese" plus put their support behind any Taiwanese (Wang Chein Ming, Yani Tsai, etc.) in international settings, but in actuality, they don't care if Taiwan is just a province of China. Its like they don't even realize how bizarre their behavior is. They act as if nothing will change if China takes over this place. Fvcking kmtards. I hate their bigoted, racist attitude.
mnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10698887.post-5105240607782611712014-08-20T00:51:21.296+08:002014-08-20T00:51:21.296+08:00Remember too CKS had plenty of opportunities for U...Remember too CKS had plenty of opportunities for UN membership back in the days along with the PRC. But they would rather be forced into diplomatic isolation than to create a potential opportunity for the Taiwanese people to enjoy international recognition separate to China. These folks are as nationalistic as it gets.TaiwanJunkienoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10698887.post-46793214091915040302014-08-19T15:25:45.572+08:002014-08-19T15:25:45.572+08:00BINGO. Those KMTers despise America and Americans, though they all send their children to live there.

MichaelMichael Turtonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17974403961870976346noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10698887.post-53751256591746626222014-08-19T01:33:13.750+08:002014-08-19T01:33:13.750+08:00<< I would go further to contend that lettin...<< I would go further to contend that letting the KMT run Taiwan is against US interests, because the KMT is a pro-China party and because it will be less likely to cooperate with the US...>>

uh...not gone "further" enough, Michael.

The truth is that KMT is fundamentally a Chinese NATIONALIST party. KMT is not "pro-China", it is China.

A KMTer told me that saying that he's "pro-China" or "China-friendly" is a huge insult to him because he IS CHINESE.

"What part of 'China is my fatherland' don't you understand?" ...he shouted at me. I am sure that all higher-ranked KMTers share the same sentiment, particularly Ma Ying-Jeou.

Almost all retired "generals" of KMT army have been regularly going to China for closed-door "conferences" with China's officials. Are these old wolves just there to sip a cup of tea? Was Hau Pei-tsun's (father of the current Taipei mayor) singing PRC national anthem on PRC TV only a Karaoke stunt? Of course not.

Let's be real: they are Chinese working on serious Chinese businesses. Oligarchs or not, nationalism trumps all.

What the Ma-led KMT has been doing is stalling the US to shield Beijing on all critical fronts, they've been being not just "less cooperative with the US".

Your posting points to the essence of the issue though, succinctly so.SYnoreply@blogger.com
